The hats are constantly present 24/7 in the Wall Observer (WO) thread; that's where they all started. WO is exclusively dedicated to Bitcoin, offering analysis, news, and more, but its members also participate in friendly conversations on a wide variety of topics.
If you'd like some advice before posting or replying to any message on Wall Observer, carefully read the thread and its replies until you understand how it works.

- Do you want to be part of WO
- Do you like the hats designed by xhomerx10
These two reasons have different meanings, but with either one, you'll almost certainly be able to get a hat.
How do I get a hat?
The first step is to reach the required activity and merit (specifically: 120 activity / 100 merit / Full Member status). If you meet this requirement and want a hat, you should contact xhomerx10.
